Withdrawal policy
This policy explains how withdrawals from Auredane accounts work: the methods available, the times each takes, the checks that apply and your responsibilities. By requesting a withdrawal you accept the terms on this page. The companion deposit and withdrawal methods page carries the full method tables; this page explains the rules behind them.
Available withdrawal methods
| Method | Type | Fee | Processing time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Local bank transfer | Free | 1–3 business days |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Free | 1–5 business days |
| USDT (TRC-20) | Digital assets | Free | Within 24 hours |
Withdrawals in GBP go to your verified UK bank account. Card returns, where your issuer supports them, go back to the same Visa card used for the deposit. USDT TRC-20 withdrawals go to a wallet address you own and have verified with us; we do not send digital assets to addresses belonging to other people or services.
Processing times and what affects them
The published times run from approval, not from your click. Each request first passes an automated review and, where triggered, a compliance check. Weekends and UK public holidays are not business days, and card issuers settle on their own schedules, which is why Visa returns can take up to five business days even though we send them promptly.
Fees and how they are shown
Auredane charges nothing for standard withdrawals: the fee column reads Free for every method above. Third-party costs outside our control, such as a network fee on a USDT transfer or an issuer's own currency charge, are disclosed before you confirm, and the amount you see at confirmation is the amount that leaves your account.
Limits
Minimum withdrawal amounts follow the method: small bank-transfer requests below the minimum are better accumulated, and daily or per-request ceilings apply for security reasons, with higher limits available after a review for clients who need them. The exact figures for your account tier are shown on the confirmation screen before any request is submitted.
KYC and AML checks
Your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification, and the destination must already be verified in your name. Requests can be selected for additional review under our AML / KYC policy; while a review is open, the affected withdrawal stays pending and other account functions are unaffected.
Why a withdrawal can be delayed or refused
Common, fixable causes: bank details that do not match your verified name, an expired identity document, or an incomplete file from onboarding. More serious causes: a compliance review, an unexplained change in activity, a suspected third party acting on the account, or an active legal obligation. Whatever the reason, we tell you a request is on hold and, subject to legal limits, what category of issue caused it; a refusal always comes with the reason and your right to complain.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank, card or wallet details you register. Funds sent to correct, verified details that are delayed by the receiving institution are outside our control, and funds sent to details you entered wrongly can be irrecoverable. Keep your registered contact details current: notifications about a withdrawal travel to the email on file.
Cancelling or changing a request
While a request is still pending you can cancel or edit it from the dashboard or by contacting support. Once processing has begun, an instruction cannot reliably be recalled, and we will tell you honestly whether cancellation remains possible rather than promise what payment providers cannot deliver.
Support and policy updates
Withdrawal questions go to [email protected], answered during Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays), normally within usually under one business hour. If a delay is ever unexplained, the complaints process applies in full. We may update this policy as methods or legal requirements change; the current version is always the one published here, and material changes are announced to clients by email.
