Frequently asked questions
The questions new and prospective clients ask most, arranged by topic. Answers are short and factual; where a topic deserves more depth, the answer points to the page that covers it properly. If your question is missing, support answers at [email protected].
General use
Complete the registration form on the home page or the account page with your name, email and phone number. A personal manager then calls you, usually within 24 hours, to complete verification and activation together.
You need to be 18 or over, a UK resident with a bank account in your own name, an identity document such as a passport or driving licence, and the tier minimum: £250 for Basic. No previous trading experience is required.
No. The platform is designed for people without professional trading experience. The AI engine handles market monitoring, and your personal manager walks you through every setting before it matters.
Yes. The dashboard, reports and settings work on mobile browsers, and alerts reach you by email wherever you are. Day-to-day monitoring is designed to fit around a normal week rather than fill it.
Fees and results
There is no monthly platform fee. Trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, the Forex spread starts from 0.8, and inactivity is free. The full tables are on the fees and pricing page.
Fee statements appear in your dashboard alongside performance reports, itemised in pounds per transaction. If a figure ever differs from the fees page, the complaints process settles it on the facts.
No. Trading carries the risk of partial or total loss of the amount invested. No feature of the platform, including AI analysis and automation, guarantees results, and past performance never promises future returns.
Platform features
Market monitoring runs continuously, strategy execution happens inside the limits you set, and alerts and reports are generated without your involvement. Decisions about goals, limits and strategy choice stay with you and your manager.
Yes. You choose the asset mix between shares and crypto, the strategy list, alert frequency and how much of your balance strategies may use. Settings can be changed on a call with your manager at any time.
You receive email alerts for new devices, withdrawals and changes to strategies, plus the market brief at the frequency you choose. Most new clients start with exception-only alerts and tighten them later.
Balance and allocation, active strategies with status, performance since inception, fee statements and the full audit history of logins, changes and withdrawals, all in one view.
Risks
Yes. All trading carries the risk of partial or total loss of your invested capital. The risk disclosure page explains each specific risk, from volatility to service availability, in plain English.
Automation removes human inconsistency from execution and enforces the limits you set, and safeguards can pause trading in extreme conditions. It does not remove market risk, and no algorithm guarantees an outcome.
The engine flags regime changes in your brief, strategies sit within the exposure bands you set, and the platform safeguards can pause trading when conditions become excessively disorderly. Losses already incurred cannot be undone.
Security and account
Two-factor authentication, encrypted data in transit and at rest, login and activity alerts, session management and a full audit trail. The security page explains each protection in detail.
Deposits are held with the payment venues and exchanges that execute your transactions, and withdrawals go only to destinations verified in your own name. Digital assets are not covered by bank deposit protections.
Contact support. Recovery is handled by the team through identity verification, never an automated form, and withdrawals pause for a short review afterwards because recovery is the classic attack route.
Help and support
Write to support the same day, and to the point: what you saw, when, and where in the platform. Small questions are cheap, and the audit trail means the team can usually reconstruct exactly what happened.
Ask your personal manager; explaining the platform is a large part of the role. The getting-started guide and the product pages also cover each area step by step.
Normally within one business hour during support hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 GMT/BST. Outside those hours email is answered in order the next working day.
