Client Support Specialist
First line for our clients: onboarding help, platform questions and payment enquiries by email and phone. You will train new users on the dashboard, keep records tidy in the support system and escalate what needs escalating. Full time, hybrid from the Manchester office, paid holiday and pension.
Personal Account Manager
Own a book of UK clients from first call through quarterly reviews: onboarding, strategy set-up sessions with our analysts, and being the human half of the service. Fintech or brokerage client-facing experience helps; curiosity and patience are mandatory. Full time, hybrid, Manchester.
Quantitative Analyst (Python)
Work beside the AI engine team: research market patterns, back-test signal ideas and turn findings into production logic with our engineers. Strong Python and statistics required; finance domain knowledge can be learned here. Full time, remote within the UK or hybrid.
Compliance and AML Officer
Run the KYC pipeline, monitor transactions for review-worthy patterns, keep our UK documentation current and be the calm voice when a check needs a human decision. Experience in UK AML practice required. Full time, hybrid, Manchester.
Front-end Developer
Build the client dashboard and marketing site in modern, accessible front-end code with a small design system you will help improve. Care about performance and detail; PHP familiarity is useful, curiosity essential. Full time, remote within the UK.
