Personal support: a name, a number, and no queue
From your first registration call onwards, an actual person at Auredane knows your account, your goals and your settings. This page explains what the personal manager arrangement covers, how the service works day to day, and every channel you can use to reach the team. For clients who value a human being alongside the technology, this is the product page that matters most.

What personal support means here
Every new client is paired with a personal manager before a single pound moves. The manager is a named individual at our Manchester office who conducts your onboarding, sets up your account with you, and remains your point of contact for as long as you are a client. The arrangement is deliberately old-fashioned in a technology product: one person, accountable, who knows your file without you re-explaining it each time.
The manager is complemented by the wider Client Support & Compliance team, which covers holidays, escalations and anything specialist. You are never dependent on one person's availability, but you are also never a ticket number. That balance, continuity with depth behind it, is what "personal" is intended to mean.
Individual attention
Onboarding, settings and reviews happen one-to-one, against your goals, not a script.
Help with activation
Verification, first deposit and platform set-up are walked through live, so nothing is guessed at the start.
Fast answers
First replies normally arrive within one business hour, from a team that already has your account open.
Information shaped for you
The engine's brief is general; your manager's summary is yours, tied to your positions and limits.
Continuity
Quarterly reviews with the same person build a record of your decisions and their context, which shows its value at tax time and life changes.
Compliance care
Where a matter touches verification or reviews, your manager routes it to the right specialists and stays your interpreter throughout.
What your manager can help with
Activation. Identity verification, first deposit, choosing the tier that fits, and the first strategy selection, all in guided sessions rather than self-service guesswork.
First steps. A full walkthrough of the dashboard, the daily brief and the strategy list, at whatever pace suits, with as many repeat explanations as you want.
Using the platform. Adjusting strategy limits, reading reports, understanding what a paused strategy or a pending withdrawal means, and anything else the interface throws at you.
Deposits and withdrawals. Setting up payment methods, expected timings, tracking a request, and what to do if a transfer is slower than the published window.
Records and updates. Keeping your details current, walking through statements, and preparing the paperwork you ask for.
Questions about anything. If it is not your manager's area, it is still your manager's job to route it to whoever can answer, and to come back to you with the answer rather than a brush-off.
How the service works
- Register. The form on this page goes to the onboarding team.
- Meet your manager. The introductory call within 24 hours of registering.
- Activate. Verification and funding together, then strategies are chosen and set.
- Ongoing support. Quarterly reviews plus contact whenever you need it.
Who it suits
- Beginners who want a person to ask, not a forum to search.
- Busy clients who prefer one call to an evening of self-serve settings.
- Experienced investors delegating administration while keeping every decision.
Channels and hours
[email protected], the address for every request, with replies usually under one business hour.
Scheduled calls
Your manager arranges calls at times that suit you, including the quarterly review that keeps settings aligned with life.
Personal manager
A named contact who knows your file; no re-explaining your history to a stranger each time you write.
Help materials
The getting-started guide, FAQ and product pages complement the team rather than replace it; answers first, a person when needed.
Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays), handled by Client Support & Compliance. Outside those hours, email is collected and answered in order the next working day, and anything urgent, such as suspected unauthorised access, is marked so and prioritised. Payment questions your manager can answer on the spot include deposit methods and timings, withdrawal destinations and their published windows, and the tier structure on the fees page.
Personal support questions
Usually within 24 hours of registering. The call confirms your goals, explains the next steps and books verification, so it is worth having questions ready.
Yes, and beginners are its main audience. Every part of onboarding is done together, at your pace, and there is no such thing as too basic a question on these calls.
That is a large part of the role: strategy limits, alerts, dashboard preferences and reporting schedules can all be reviewed and changed together on a call.
Your manager sets up payment methods with you, explains the published processing windows for each method, and tracks any request that needs chasing.
Email [email protected] at any time. Replies normally arrive within one business hour during support hours, and in order the next working day outside them.
Raise it with your manager or directly through the complaints page. The process, timelines and escalation routes, including recognised UK dispute-resolution channels, are published in full.
Start with a conversation, not a form alone
Register today and your personal manager's call within 24 hours is the first step of the service, not a sales interruption.
