Fraud warning
Our company takes every piece of information and every suspicion connected with fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time we identify companies and individuals using our name, or names close to ours, without permission. This page exists so you can recognise the pattern, protect yourself and report what you see.
Why we publish this notice
Impostors cause confusion and spread false information about our company and its services. Because their materials imitate ours, the damage lands on us and on the people they deceive, so we state clearly and publicly what is genuine and what is not.
Clone companies
Clones copy names, logos, page layouts and even text from real firms. If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, do not share personal information with it, break off contact, and tell us immediately by email at [email protected].
How to check you are with us
Auredane operates from this single official domain. We never request your password, one-time codes or remote access to your device, and we never ask for payment to a private account. Verify the address bar, then verify the request, in that order.
We work continuously to identify clone operations, and we are honest about the limits of that work: some clones remain undetected for a period before they are found and acted upon. Clients should therefore always verify the legitimacy of any company they deal with online before sharing personal data or entering any business relationship, however convincing the website or the caller.
We are aware of cases where our name and personal details of our staff have been misused for fraudulent purposes, beyond our reach and control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by anyone affected, our company is not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by third parties.
If you have already shared information with a suspected clone: contact your bank immediately, change passwords you have used elsewhere, and report the matter to Action Fraud, the UK's national fraud reporting service, as well as to us. The security page explains the protections that apply to your genuine account, and the complaints process covers anything you want us to investigate on our side.
